DVI Virtual Solutions is a staffing firm that specializes in contract remote work. Through our partnership with Arise Virtual Solutions we are able to connect independent customer service professionals with Fortune 500 Companies that are now outsourcing their customer support.

Is This Legitimate?

Unfortunately, there are many scams that exist. Arise, thankfully, is not one of them. The Arise® Platform launched in 1997 to enable a network of small enterprises to provide inbound call center resources. Since then, the platform evolved into an amazing network of Service Partners who provide authentic customer service experiences.

Can I Work From Anywhere?

Arise requires that you legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide service to any area currently accepting new applicants. Planning to move? No worries take your work with you!

** Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states and U.S. territories: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Wisconsin, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands**

Am I Able To Work Part-Time or Full-Time?

We hire Independent Contractors only. All of our positions are contract work. Remote agents choose their own hours and can choose the amount of hours they work each week.

**Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. **
